About the event
“God Help Me: I’m Stressed! — Workshop” is a practical, faith-based seminar that teaches the core content of my short book on breaking the grip of stress. I’ll walk attendees through seven simple, actionable “Stress Busters” that help them move from overwhelm to peace by drawing near to God, along with practical habits that support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The program includes guided teaching, interactive discussion, Q&A, and a workbook that participants can use right away. This is a free event, and lunch is included. It's presented by Gill Gamiliy Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. This event is not sponsored/endorsed by the Palm Beach County Library System.
